I cannot recommend this coaching enough. I’ve built a greater awareness of my own work style and the ability to see the bigger picture and what that means for my leadership style

ABOUT RESONATE

Resonate provides high-quality coaching to individuals, teams and organisations at all levels of leadership.

We’re strong believers in the importance of professional standards for coaches, so we’re all fully accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

But while we have professional standards, there’s another side to the way we work.

One client described our approach as ‘serious fun’ and we think that captures it perfectly.

We pride ourselves on being flexible and intuitive, adapting to the needs of the individuals we work with so they can dig deep and discover more about themselves. We create a safe, supportive and nurturing environment, but add a sprinkling of wit, wisdom and (when it’s needed) a little tough love along the way.

The coaching sessions have struck a great balance between creativity and fun, alongside deep reflection and gentle challenge.
